2020 State of Origin Game I

Adelaide Oval

The 2020 State of Origin will see the series be played in November for the first time, with the interstate tie between Queensland and new South Wales taking place across three consecutive Wednesday nights. Game 1 of the 2020 State of Origin will take place at the Adelaide Oval, just the third time a match has been played outside of Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. The last time was in 2019, when New South Wales won Game II at the Optus Stadium in Perth (see below).

How do I get tickets for 2020 State of Origin Game I

It is currently unclear whether fans will be able to attend, however if it is possible ticket information for the State of Origin will be available through the official NRL website.


Travel Information

Adelaide International Airport is the principle airport in Adelaide, being the fifth busiest in Australia with many domestic connections as well as internationally to destinations such as Auckland, Bali, Doha, Dubai,  Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

The airport sits approximately 6km west of the city centre, with the JetBus offering a convenient service from the airport to throughout the city.
