Wales play their first home match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Czech Republic. Wales last played at home to Czech Republic in June 2007 in a UEFA Euro 2008 qualifier, drawing 0-0 at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff as they ultimately failed to qualify for the competition.

The closest rail stations are Ninian Park railway station (services from Coryton to Radyr via Cardiff Central) on one side of Sloper Road, with Grangetown railway station (Cardiff Central/Queen Street to Bridgend) on the other side of the road. Ninian Park is a 5 minute walk from the stadium, with Grangetown about a 15 minute walk away.
Cardiff’s main railway terminal, Cardiff Central station has services to Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Gloucester, London Paddington, Manchester, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Swansea and Taunton.
