Turkey v Wales – UEFA Euro 2020 Group A

Turkey and Wales play the second match of their UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying group. Turkey had a strong qualifying campaign, narrowly finishing behind France despite beating the French 2-0 at home and drawing the reverse fixture 1-1.
These sides have met six times previously, however the most recent being in August 1997 – a FIFA World Cup qualification match in which the Turks won 6-4 in Istanbul (see below).

How do I get to the Olympic Stadium?
The Heydar Aliyev International Airport is the largest in Azerbaijan, and the closest to Baku at just 20km north of the city. The airport has direct flights to a number of different international destinations. BakuBus H1 runs all day and stops at ‘Koroglu’ station, located approximately a 20 minute walk away.
