2020 Giro d’Italia

The 103rd edition of the Giro d’Italia will start in Budapest, Hungary – the first time the Giro has been to Hungary. The 2019 race was won by the Ecuadorian, Richard Carapaz (see below) who at the time was racing for Movistar but has since moved to Team Ineos.
The 2020 Giro was originally due to take place between Saturday the 9th May and Sunday 31st May 2020, however was put back to later in the year due to the Coronavirus pandemic and will now take place from Saturday 3rd October to Sunday 25th October 2020.
2020 Giro d’Italia Route

Stage 2 (Sunday 4th October 2020) – Budapest (Hungary) to GyÅ‘r (Hungary)
Stage 3 (Monday 5th October 2020) – Székesfehérvár (Hungary) to Nagykanizsa (Hungary)
Stage 4 (Tuesday 6th October 2020) – Monreale to Agrigento
Stage 5 (Wednesday 7th October 2020) – Enna to Etna
Stage 6 (Thursday 8th October 2020) – Catania to Villafranca Tirrena
Stage 7 (Friday 9th October 2020) – Mileto to Camigliatello Silano
Stage 8 (Saturday 10th October 2020) – Castrovillari to Brindisi
Stage 9 (Sunday 11th October 2020) – Giovinazzo to Vieste
Stage 10 (Tuesday 13th October 2020) – San Salvo to Tortoreto Lido
Stage 11 (Wednesday 14th October 2020) – Porto Sant’Elpidio to Rimini
Stage 12 (Thursday 15th October 2020) – Cesenatico to Cesenatico
Stage 13 (Friday 16th October 2020) – Cervia to Monselice
Stage 14 (Saturday 17th October 2020) – Conegliano to Valdobbiadene

Stage 16 (Tuesday 20th October 2020) – Udine to San Daniele del Friuli
Stage 17 (Wednesday 21st October 2020) – Bassano del Grappa to Madonna di Campiglio
Stage 18 (Thursday 22nd October 2020) – Pinzolo to Laghi di Cancano
