Compromising two 18-hole championship golf courses located off the shore of Lake Michigan, despite only being established in 1998 Whistling Straits has quickly established itself as one of the world’s best golf resorts.

Taking its inspiration from the links courses of Ireland, the Straits course is due to host the 2021 Ryder Cup. The course has previously hosted the PGA Championship on three occasions: 2004 – Vijay Singh winning a playoff over Chris DiMarco, 2010 – Martin Kaymar winning a playoff over Bubba Watson and 2015 – Jason Day winning by three shots with 20-under-par, at the time the lowest under par score in a major. In addition, the 2007 U.S. Senior Open was played here and won by Brad Bryant.
