Rose Bowl

Opened in 2001, the Rose Bowl (currently known as the Ageas Bowl for sponsorship reasons) is the home of Hampshire County Cricket Club.

The Rose Bowl has held Test Matches, One Day Internationals, Twenty20 Internationals and the 2008 and 2010 Twenty20 Cup Finals Day.

The Rose Bowl is located within the parish of West End, 5 miles to the east of central Southampton.

Airport: Southampton Airport is 4 miles north of the Rose Bowl and serves European destinations. Bus X4 stops at Moorgreen Hospital, 5 minutes walk from the ground.

Bus: The number 8 bus connects Southampton City Centre to Hedge End, stopping at the Rose Bowl.

The station is either a 35 minute walk or the number 8 bus goes to the ground. Alternatively, Southampton Airport Parkway (at the airport – see above) has services to Birmingham New Street, Bournemouth, Brighton Cardiff Central, London Waterloo, Manchester Piccadilly, Portsmouth, Reading, Salisbury and Southampton Central.
