County Ground (Taunton) - Sports Tourist

The County Ground has been home to Somerset County Cricket Club since 1882. It has hosted a number of One Day Internationals, including matches for the 1983, 1999 and 2019 Cricket World Cup’s and hosted its first Twenty20 International in 2017 between England and South Africa. The ground has also been the main home of the England women’s cricket team since 2006.
