Super Bowl LV

Super Bowl LV is the 55th Super Bowl and will decide the league champion for the 2020 NFL season, played between the champions of the American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC). The Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV, beating the San Francisco 49ers 31-20 at the Hard Rock Stadium.
Super Bowl LV will see the AFC and defending Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs play NFC champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who will be the first team to play a Super Bowl in their home stadium. The Halftime show will be headlined by The Weeknd.
When is Super Bowl LV?
The Super Bowl is the last match of the NFL season and is held on the first Sunday in February each year, with Super Bowl LV due to be played on Sunday 7th February 2021.
Where is Super Bowl LV?
The Super Bowl is held at a different venue each year, with it being a prerequisite for the venue to be in a market which hosts an NFL team. A total of 26 different stadiums have been used to host the Super Bowl, with the Mercedes-Benz Superdome currently hosting the most with 7.
Super Bowl LV will be played at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, the third time the venue has hosted the Super Bowl after hosting Super Bowl XXXV (2001) and XLIII (2009).
