Northern Ireland were due to play Turkey in a friendly as a warm-up for Turkey taking part in UEFA Euro 2020, however the match was cancelled as Turkey was placed on the UK government’s red list for travel. Instead Northern Ireland will now travel to Austria for a training camp and will play Malta in a friendly in Klagenfurt. The sides last met in a friendly in February 2013, drawing 0-0 at the National Stadium in Ta’Qali.
