In Round 2 of the 2020 Six nations, France host Italy at the Stade de France in Paris. The 2019 match in Rome took place on the last weekend of the Championships, with France condemning Italy to yet another defeat as they ended their fourth Six Nations in a row without victory by losing 25-14 (see below). The sides did meet again in 2019 in a World Cup warm-up match, France once again winning 47-19 in Paris.
