2021 Queen’s Club Championships
The 2021 Queen’s Club Championships (currently known as the Cinch Championship for sponsorship reasons) is a men’s professional tennis tournament that is a ATP Tour 500 event on the ATP tour. The event is one of the oldest tennis tournaments in the world having first started in 1881 as the London Athletic Club Tournament, the grass court tournament features many of the world’s top players and is one of the key warm-up events for Wimbledon.
The event did also feature a women’s tournament but this was discontinued after 1973 with winners including Chris Evert and Margaret Court. Andy Murray is the most successful player at the Championship, winning five singles titles and one doubles title. He is also one of seven players to win both Queen’s and Wimbledon in the same year, Murray winning in 2013 and 2016 along with John McEnroe (1981 and 1984), Jimmy Connors (1982), Boris Becker (1985), Pete Sampras (1995 and 1999), Lleyton Hewitt (2002) and Rafael Nadal (2008).

2019 Men’s Doubles Champion – Feliciano López (ESP) / Andy Murray (GBR)
The tournament is held annually, usually in mid June one week before the start of Wimbledon and one week after the conclusion of the French Open. The 2021 event will be played between the 14th and 20th June 2021.

The Queen’s Club is located in the area of West Kensington of Fulham in west London. Being in London, the stadium has extensive transport options:
Airport: The two busiest airports in the UK serve London and between them have flights to most of the world’s prime destinations – Heathrow Airport is 10 miles to the west, with Gatwick Airport approximately 26 miles south of the stadium.
You can catch the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station, or from Gatwick Airport, you can use the Gatwick Express to reach Victoria Station and use the Underground as below.

Bus: There are a number of bus routes that run close to the tennis club including lines 9, 10, 27, 28, 74, 190, 295 and 391.

Driving & Parking: The tennis club can be accessed from the M3, M4, M40 and A40. Parking is very restricted so it is recommended to use public transport.
London Underground & Trains:Â The nearest tube stations to the club is Baron’s Court Underground on the District and Piccadilly Lines and West Kensington station (also on the District Line), both just a couple of minutes walk away.
The closest overground station is West Brompton, about 15 minutes walk away and on a direction line to Clapham Junction.
