SUMMARY:2022 PGA Championship
DESCRIPTION:The 2022 PGA Championship is the second of the four major championships held each year in professional golf. First held in 1916\, the event is hosted by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and is the only one of the majors exclusively for professional players. Jack Nicklaus and Walter Hagen are the most successful players at the PGA Championship\, having both won the event five times. \nThe PGA Championship takes place every year and as of 2019\, will be played in May over the weekend before the US holiday of Memorial Day (held on the last Monday in May). The 2022 PGA Championship will be held between the 19th and 22nd May 2022. \nThe event is held at a different course in the US each year\, primarily on the east coast. The 2022 PGA Championship was due to be played at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster\, New Jersey for the first time but was stripped as host in early January 2021.
