DESCRIPTION:The 2022 UCI Road World Championships is the annual world championship of bicycle road racing\, consisting of both the road race and individual time trial. Events are competed for by national teams\, with the winner of each event being able to wear the prestigious rainbow jersey in races within that category over the next year. \n\nWhen is the 2022 UCI Road World Championships?\nThe UCI Road World Championship takes place every year\, usually held in September after the Vuelta a España. The 2022 UCI Road World Championship event will be held between the 18th and 25th September 2022. \n\nWhere is the 2022 UCI Road World Championships?\nThe UCI Road World Championships are held in a different city or region each year. The 2022 Championships are to be held in the city of Wollongong in the Illawarra region of New South Wales\, Australia.
